The artisan who made it

The olives are hand picked and selected and milled within the day to produce the best quality oils. The farm grows different varieties that are then blended into their award winning oil "Natures" and only in the best year, a very limited production of a single variety extra virgin olive oil made with Nocellara del Belice, the native olive variety.
