This is a different Barbera d'Alba, behind each wine there is a wine maker and each wine maker has a different philosophy and way of making wines and this Barbera D’Alba is different from your typical Barbera d’Alba, this is a more complex red wine with a more important structure due to its 18 months ageing in new French Barrique.
This is a Barber D'Alba with a nose with hints of liquorice and vanilla, warm, velvety, soft, full and long in the mouth, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to roasted red meats and game as well as aged cheeses.
