For the farming techniques, the soils are cultivated in respect of ancient traditions. They are repeatedly dragged to favour the action of the cosmic force, with grass and weeds earthing up and biodynamic preparatioons spraying. The soil is healthy and alive, rich in high-quality humus and organisms conveying the peculiarities of the terroir to the grapes.
This Dadelio Rosso is greatly structured and fully bodied... It has an intense colour; its ripe fruit aromas and spicy notes recall the strength and the energy of the Langhe hills. It is well balanced and with a complex palate, filled with strong tannins - a sign of wine longevity.
