A new grape for me; interesting; As my personal preference is for more fruity wines, I found a mineral earthiness to start with and had trouble pairing it, but acquired a taste and have matched it nicely with a tomato-based pasta dish (I hesitate to call mine a 'bolognese' sauce but that's roughly what it is...). No doubt it's a complex wine and I wonder if it would go well with 'heavier' dishes or matured cheeses.
