Why we love it
A limited production, about 1500 bottles per year, from a single, small vineyard of Moscato, this is a fantastic meditation or dessert wine.
From a small vineyard, only when the vintage allows it, the grapes are harvested and left in small boxes to dry in a temperature controlled room until they are partially dry. Once ready, the grapes are gently pressed and the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and then in the bottle.
The resulting wine has a complex nose with hints of apricots, figs, dates, on the palate it is perfectly balanced, mineral, aromatic, perfect for medium mature cheeses or cream desserts
