An award winning Prosecco DOC Treviso, lively, crispy from a small, independent family owned winery with vineyards in the heart of the Prosecco land and precisely in the Asolo DOCG area, check our wine and grape guide to learn about the different
Prosecco appellations and what makes this sparkling wine unique.
In only 10 years Prosecco has become the most sold sparkling wine in the world, and with big demand poorly made Prosecco has appeared.
This Prosecco comes from a small family winery that only uses grapes grown in their estate and the harvesting is made manually to preserve their integrity of the grapes, a care and attention that produce a premium Prosecco, with a fresh and fruity bouquet with aromatic hints of apples and peaches and a delicate palate.
Tenuta Amadio is located in Monfumo, in the heart of the Asolo hills and it is divided into three separate vineyards: Vigneto del Biss, Vigneto del Longon and Vigneto Era Grande, each one with their own characteristics for a total of 12 hectares.
Tenuta Amadio follows a sustainable approach, they believe it is important to preserve the nature in order to hand it on to the next generations in the same condition they inherited and this approach allows them to have perfect grapes that are then manually harvested and immediately taken to the winery to preserve their integrity and obtain fantastic wines using a very modern winery.
