This Salice Salentino Riserva, made with Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, to earn the “riserva” status is aged in barriques for at least 12 months to give the wine complexity and structure. This red wine has a very complex note with fruity and vanilla hints, in the palate is warm, smooth, full, very well balanced. It is matches beautifully game and very mature cheeses.
