Montecalvo Toscana Bianco, Rigoloccio (75cl)

A delicious white wine made with mainly Chardonnay and the remaining Fiano with an intense and complex fruity bouquet with floral notes.

This is a white wine with structure, elegant, refreshing with a mineral finish perfect with fish dishes or risotto.

Rigoloccio is a winery located in the heart of the Maremma, Tuscany, that takes its name from Rigoloccio, stream in Tuscan dialect, name given to the pyrite mine discovered in 1898 that was once where the winery is, providing plenty of minerals to the grapes.

Rigoloccio is a small winery with about 8 hectares of vineyards surrounded by olive and cork trees with a very low yield to ensure the best possible quality for the grapes and each vineyard, cru, and grape is fermented separately and only at the end they are blended. The vineyards, located between 40m and 100m asl, benefit of the sea breeze with very cold night essential when wanting to make great wines.
